Payroll Specialist
We’re Hiring! We are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team. If you have experience managing payroll processes, employee benefits, and working directly with personnel, this opportunity is for you! Role Objective Support the Payroll and Benefits Lead by ensuring accurate and timely execution of payments, benefits administration, and proper handling of confidential employee information.

Main Responsibilities
• Preparing and managing employee files
• Processing new hires, terminations, and updates in IMSS and HR systems
• Recording incidents and processing weekly payroll, including stamping
• Calculating and reconciling payroll and social security taxes
• Creating monthly internal and external reports
• Administering employee benefits such as savings funds, vouchers, etc.
• Supporting internal events and plant visit logistics (travel, transportation, lodging)

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
• Knowledge of LFT, LSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SAT
• Intermediate English
• Experience in employee service and support (preferred)
