BekaertDeslee – the world leader in mattress ticking – is looking for a hands-on CRM Manager to join us at our headquarters and help turn our customer relationship strategy into a true competitive edge. Starting in September, you’ll become a key player in our Commercial Excellence team, supporting the rollout of our 2025–2030 strategy across the Americas, EMENA, and APAC regions. You’ll take the lead in executing our global CRM roadmap, boosting user adoption, ensuring data quality, and translating insights into action.

As our CRM Manager, you will:
- Shape and roll out BekaertDeslee’s global CRM roadmap in close alignment with our business priorities.
- Drive user adoption through targeted training and communication.
- Safeguard high-quality customer data across regions and platforms.
- Deliver actionable dashboards and provide strategic recommendations based on customer behaviour, pipeline trends and performance metrics to help steer commercial and leadership decisions.
- Partner across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Service to embed a customer-first, data-driven mindset.
- Spot and lead opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve CRM tools and processes.
Profil
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital Transformation.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing CRM systems (ideally in a B2B or multinational setting).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (like Microsoft Dynamics) and analytics tools.
- A strong grasp of commercial processes and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and a structured, proactive way of working.
- Fluent in English; bonus points if you speak Spanish, French, German, Chinese, or Portuguese.
