JOB CONTENT:
- You will be a member of the HR team of BDRO – Miercurea Sibiului;
- You will be responsible for administration tasks such as : work contracts, additional papers, terminations of contract, certificates for employees (medical, seniority, income, maternity etc.), ensuring that all processes are made in time and according to legislation;
- You will communicate proactively with all Department Managers regarding HR issues/needs, including recruitment if necessary and provide support;
- You will create and adapt Job Descriptions;
- You will assist and support new employees during their integration and induction process;
- You will be the designated person to perform all Revisal tasks;
- You will do the monthly payroll for all employees;
- You will verify and finalize all time sheets monthly, for all employees;
- You will be responsible for medical leaves inseration and refunds from authorities;
- You will archive specific documents of HR department;
- You will create specific reports for HR Manager;
- You will handle documentation, enrolling and all necessary documentation for employment of expat employees;
- You will provide support for all employees in regard of HR requests;
PROFILE:
- You have an University degree and at least three - five years of experience in HR administration and payroll;
- Strong knowledge of Revisal;
- You are self driven, dedicated and have excellent communication skills;
- You are open, smart oriented, friendly, positive and have good admin skills and high attention to details;
- You have the ability to prioritize and to work under pressure;
- You are people oriented;
- You have knowledge of MS Office;
- You speak English fluently.
