Job Description
•Registration and follow up all process from order to delivery of customer demands
- Close contact with customers
- Registration and follow-up of complaints
•Report and inform in time between departments and manage the process
•Prepare samples for the customers and send to customer
•Perform preliminary preparation according to customer demand
- Account receivable follow-up in cooperation with credit control
Qualifications
- Graduated from related university departments
- At least 3 years of experience in textile company
- High communication ability
- Prone to teamwork
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications (SAP knowledge recommended)
- Analytical mind and results-oriented
- Having advanced reporting skills
- Male candidates must have sorted out their military service.
