- Evaluation of capacity, load and take necessary actions to balance the load within the department
- Making plans in terms of service and operational excellence
- Controlling plan and production to reach the confirmation dates to customers
- Evaluation of the urgent demands coming from the sales as the weaving-finishing planning and knitting-finishing planning and gives the best schedule, and follows-up and ensures the order to be delivered on time.
- Make the necessary plan adaptation and inform the involved Customer Representative, if not possible to reach confirmation date
- Control yarn stocks and needs, in case of shortages, manage together with yarn supply team
- Constraint management by coordinating all stakeholders
- Following up daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and have ambition to contribute for improvement
- Question the demand in terms of stock, sales and short-term planning need
- Having cooperation with cross functional teams as sales, production, logistic and purchasing department
- Take place and contribute in Supply Chain Europe Projects
PROFILE
- Graduated form department of Industrial, Textile or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Literate in Microsoft office programs. Experience in SAP system will be an advantage.
- Preferably worked in one of supply chain departments for at least 1 year.
