In this position, you will be providing support to Operations Manager
- Lead the DPM on a daily basis, communicate quality and efficiency indicators (BMS reports) to his staff in charge.
- Generate SAP reports: general OTFQ, OTFQ by weaver, WIP, material changes.
- Follow up on quality complaints/ 8D's, problem solving in a timely manner
- Give immediate attention to the validation of the machines that will have reference change, verifying the technical parameters in the machine and physical parameters in the fabric.
- Follow up on pending from previous shift and deliver, report relevant events occurred during their shift.
Profile
- Experience in personnel management and consequence management
- Experience in Continuous Improvement (Lean manufacturing) Problem solving tools: Fishbone, A3, 5 Whys, 8D; Kaizen, Kanban, Andon
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Experience in Quality Systems: ISO 9001
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
