Sales Manager BDCN

The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales volume, turnover, profitability, continuity of business and service of Bekaert Deslee China. The responsibility may be geographical (e.g. a country or a province), or account based (such as customers belonging to the same owner). Main responsibilities:

1. elaborate and fulfill the sales budget in terms for volume, turnover and profitability within the defined geographical area/customer portfolio

2. evaluate regularly product and customer related key performance indicators, analyze and communicate divergences

3. attend direct customers for promotion, marketing, sales and after sales services (see appendix for more details)

4. collect and report data about customer potential, product portfolios, share of company and competition of the defined geographical area/customer portfolio

5. agree prices, delivery and payment conditions with customers

6. follow up outstanding receivables in cooperation with Accounting and Customer Service

7. build up and maintain customer relation 8. define and follow up action plans and targets with local agents/partners This list is not exclusive.
